When you need guidance, you “Reach Forward” to a mentor and tap into their first-hand experience. It’s a mentee-led catch-up designed to turn questions into confident next steps.

Reach Back

Mentors “Reach Back” to check in, share new insights, and steer you around the pitfalls they’ve already experienced. These catch-ups put the mentor in the driver’s seat and centre around proactive support that keeps you moving forward.

Reach Between

Peers “Reach Between” to talk about wins, challenges, and real-time advice on shared milestones. It’s a horizontal connection that turns individual effort into collective momentum.
